Stone Cold is one of many that I've gotten from TJ Maxx. How could I resist? Especially if I can get it for cheaper, why not? I have a few blues similar to this one but not quite the same. The base is a cobalt blue jelly but it's got flecks-like shimmers in it, which makes it really interesting and pretty to look at. I tried my best but this polish looks so much better in person. I have two coats on the swatches and the formula was very nice and pigmented.

DeleteI have really come tolove Orly polishes this past year, they make some really great colors and the formula is consistently good!
