My New Spiky (and non-spiky) Necklaces

I'm really liking this trend but I haven't actually found a spiky necklace that I liked until recently. Most of the ones I've seen had a bit too much going on on them. I purchased these necklaces at Discovery, which is a clothing store. Depending on where you live, you may or may not have one in your area. They sell very affordable and inexpensive clothings. Most of which are more geared toward younger women. I don't shop there much, since I can't find something I really like or that fit me, lol.

A couple weeks ago, I managed to find these necklaces that really caught my eyes. I just realized I forgot to post about them. I don't remember the exact pricing for each but I believe they were less than $6.00 each.

The silver spiky necklace is no doubt my favorite. I like how simple yet edgy it looks.

The black spiky necklace has bigger beads and strands of small chains. I wasn't feeling the chains so I decided to remove them because it made the spikes less noticeable. Here is the before and after picture. I like it much better without the chain strands.

Lastly, I picked up this long gold necklace with some very cute beads that have like a burnished gold and purple color. I just really like the overall look of it. Plus, it came with matching earings so I don't have to find matching earrings to go with it.

Do you have a Discovery store in your area? Do you like shopping there?
Have you ever altered a piece of jewelry that you bought?
