MAC Vera Collection Haul and Swatches

I'm currently typing this with an eye patch on because I only have my contact in one eye. Feels weird and sad. I can't wait till my eye gets better but I had to post this ASAP.

MAC had two collections out today. Although there wasn't anything that I particularly had in mind, I just felt that I had to see it for myself.

I ended up getting the Industrial Pearl Glide eyeliner. It's quite an interesting color. For the most part, it's a vibrant shimmery blue with some purple shimmers. I don't know if my eyes are playing tricks on me, but it seems like a duochrome eyeliner. The color shifts to purple in a certain angle and lighting, which I find pretty cool. I've never had an eyeliner do that before.

See the purple?

I previously already own the Undercurrent and Black Line which also was released in this collection and previous ones. I figure I might as well include swatches since I've never done that before.
Undercurrent is a beautiful teal with gold shimmers. Black Line is a dark brown with gold shimmers.

What I like about these Pearlglide is that they are very creamy and pigmented. They have a tendency to smudge on me after a couple hours tough. Boo! I still love them cause the colors are gorgeous!

I picked up the Butterfly Party Crushed Metallic Pigment. I'm not sure if I can make these work but I got totally sucked in by the beautiful colors! They are very shinny, sparkly, and metallic.

Well that's pretty much it. I was tempted to get one of the Kissable Lipcolor from the Shop Mac and Cook Mac collection but I decided to pass on it because the colors weren't unique and I had to remind myself that I have way to many lip products already. I might get it later if I find them at the CCO.

Hope you enjoyed the swatches. Have you checked out the new collection yet?
