Holiday Makeup Look - Frosted Blue

Hello beautifuls,

Here's one last minute makeup look, lol. I was tempted to do a gold eyeshadow with red lips but I'm sure you have seen so many likes of it that I decided to do something different.
I'm going for a cool-toned look. It may be better suited for ladies with cool undertone but I think you can still rock this look even if you have warm undertone.
It's a bit of color but not too over the top. I tried to keep the look simple, soft, but still festive.

Face
Eyes
  • I started with UDPP Eden all over the lids to browbone
  • I applied NYX Jumbo pencil Milk on my lids and blend it out with my finger
  • I used the matte white eyeshadow from Wet N Wild matte palette on the inner corner of my eyes and browbone
  • I applied the greyish taupe color from Wet N Wild Bake Off Contest palette on the crease
  • I applied the light blue shade from Wet N Wild Bake Off Contest palette on the center of my lids with a wet brush
  • I applied the medium blue shade from Wet N Wild Bake Off Contest palette on the outter V of my eyes with a wet brush
  • I lined the upper lash line with Physicians Formula Eye Booster Ultra black and wing it out
  • On top of Ultra Black, I added NYX Liquid Crystal Liner Crystal Pewter for a glittery icy look
  • I lined the inner lower lash line with Milani Liquif'Eye Silver
  • I lined the outter lower lash line with NYX Slide On Gun Metal and wing it out to create a double-winged liner3
  • With a small brush, I applied NYX Jumbo Pencil Milk between the two winged liner and smudge some of it under Gun Metal.
  • I used NYX Lashes EF112 on top and Ardell 108 on the bottom.
  • For the brows, I filled them in with Make Up Forever Waterproof Eyebrow Corrector 3
Lips
  • Maybelline Colorsensational On the Mauve
  • I used a brush and applied MAC Select Cover-up to the outline of my lips to define them.
Hope you enjoy this look and perhaps give it a try.
